To pay online using your PayPal account, fill out the fields below for the clinic for which you want to register starting with the number of dogs. Then Enter a phone number where we can reach you and enter your preferred time slots. Clinics are scheduled at half hour intervals. Up to five dogs can be accommodated during each interval. To ensure room for your dogs as time intervals fill up, please enter, in the text bar provided, your first, second and third preferred time slots from the following list: 7:30, 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30. All times are AM. Once you have selected the number of dogs, entered your phone number and time preferences then click on the associated Pay Now button.
